Deposit and Booking
For bookings of 1-3 nights a minimum deposit of £15 per person is required to confirm your reservation. For bookings of 4 nights or more we require a deposit of £25 per person. A confirmed booking means acceptance of the following Conditions.
Cancellations
In case of cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation within 48 hours of your booked arrival date means 100% charge for the full duration of your booking if the room cannot be re-let. Non-arrivals will also be liable for 100% charge for the full duration of your booking.
We strongly recommend that guests take out appropriate travel insurance.
Arrival and Departure
Guests are asked to arrive between 4.30pm and 7.00pm. Rooms are not available before 4.30pm but should you arrive on the island early your bags may be left at the house by prior arrangement. Should you be likely to arrive after 7.00pm then please let us know in advance. Rooms should be vacated by no later that 10.00am.
