Deposit and Booking
A minimum deposit of £15 per person is required to confirm your reservation.
For overseas visitors this can be paid using Paypal, allowing you to use a credit card. For UK based guests payment is by cheque. The balance, payable on departure, can be settled by UK cheque or by cash.

A confirmed booking means acceptance of the following Conditions.

Cancellations
In case of cancellations we reserve the right to make a charge based on the following criteria:-

• Cancellation prior to 48hrs of arrival - Deposits will be refunded (less any applicable handling charges) if the room is re-let
  

• Cancellation within 48 hours of your booked arrival date  - 100% charge for the full duration of your booking if the room cannot be re-let
  

• Non-arrivals  - 100% charge for the full duration of your booking.
  

We strongly recommend that guests take out appropriate travel insurance.

Arrival and Departure
Rooms are not available before 5.00pm (Apr-Oct) but should you arrive on the island early your bags may be left at the house by prior arrangement. Should you be likely to arrive after 7.00pm then please let us know in advance. Rooms should be vacated by no later than 10.00am.

Please note that during your stay the house is closed to guests between the hours of 10.30am and 3.00pm.
